This document outlines the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, available delivery and payment options, the right of withdrawal, and complaint procedures.

§1. Definitions
Buyer – any individual or legal entity;
Consumer – an individual making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity;
Store – the online store at https://estradatkaniny.com;
Seller – NAZ Trading Sp. z o.o.
§2. General Terms
The Store offers retail and wholesale sales and provides services electronically.
Requirements for using the Store:
internet access,
standard operating system and browser,
active email address.
It is forbidden to use the Store unlawfully or to submit unlawful content.
All product prices include VAT (gross prices).
Anonymous or pseudonymous purchases are not allowed.
§3. Electronic Services
The main electronic service is enabling the placement of orders.
Creating an account is optional and can be canceled at any time.
Using the Store is free; only product orders are paid.
The Seller ensures appropriate data protection measures.
Complaints about the Store’s operation should be sent to: shop@estradatkaniny.com – responses within 14 days.
§4. Orders
Orders can be placed as a guest or registered user.
The order process includes adding products to the cart, providing details, selecting delivery and payment method, accepting terms, and clicking "Order with obligation to pay."
A sales contract is concluded upon order confirmation.
Providing false data may result in the suspension of the order.
§5. Delivery and Payment
Orders are delivered via DPD courier:
PLN 15.50 (prepaid),
PLN 20.00 (cash on delivery).
Personal pickup – free.
Payment methods:
bank transfer,
Przelewy24,
PayPal.
§6. Order Fulfillment
Order confirmation is sent via email.
Bank transfers must be made within 3 days.
Fulfillment time:
Fabrics: 24 working hours,
Le Contee collection: up to 4 working days.
After fulfillment, the order is shipped via the selected method.
§7. Withdrawal from Contract (Returns)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
The product must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipping.
The Consumer is responsible for diminished value due to use beyond necessary inspection.
§8. Complaints
The Seller is liable for physical and legal defects (warranty).
In case of a defect, the Buyer may:
request a replacement,
request repair,
request a price reduction,
withdraw from the contract.
Complaints can be submitted via email or post and will be resolved within 14 days.
§9. Personal Data and Cookies
The rules regarding data processing and cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
§10. Out-of-court Dispute Resolution
The Seller allows for mediation in the event of disputes.
Consumers can use:
a permanent consumer arbitration court,
mediation via the Trade Inspection,
consumer ombudsmen,

§11. Final Provisions
The Seller may change product prices and promotions without affecting existing contracts.
The Terms and Conditions may be updated; the version valid at the time of order applies.
Registered users will be notified of changes by email.
